Kat loves to play outside. Growing up in Canmore, they had the best backyard playground, which is great for someone who has a hard time sitting still. Whether it’s alpine climbing, ice climbing, cragging, or multi-pitching, Kat loves to dabble in a bit of everything.

When they’re not climbing, you can find them on a bike, on skis, on a run, or practicing yoga. 

Besides hanging around the gym, petting dogs, and outside adventuring, they’re stoked on building community. Whether its coaching, event planning, or just having a good chat, they’re here to make sure everyone feels welcome at the gym and at the crag.

They organize our Queer & Trans Climb Nights with Canmore Pride, creating a space where everyone feels welcome on to get on the wall.
