PROGRAM

OVERVIEW

What is the Adult Training Program?

The CCG Adult Training Program is a 6-month structured climbing and conditioning program designed to help motivated adult climbers build a strong foundation and progress intentionally.

This program combines weekly coached sessions, off-wall training, and progressive training phases to support long-term development rather than short-term gains.

Who it’s for

  • Adult climbers committed to improving their climbing

  • Climbers comfortable around V3 / 5.11 (recommended, not mandatory)

  • Those interested in structured, coach-led training

How the Program Works

The program is divided into three progressive training phases, each building on the last to support sustainable improvement.

Phase 1 — Strength
Focus on foundational strength, movement quality, and injury prevention.

Phase 2 — Power
Develop explosive movement, coordination, and dynamic control.

Phase 3 — Endurance
Build stamina and efficiency for longer routes and sustained efforts.
